Emoteo is an application for people who feel emotions so intense and too affected by it. If, when you are angry or sad, you lose control of your behaviors, Emoteo can help you regulate your emotions. Evaluate your internal state of tension or "emotional weather" of the moment and Emoteo offers exercises to appease you.
